Menotomy Wine Club
Thanks to everyone who came to the Okonomiyaki-making demonstration on April 14th with Wine Club coordinator Dan Coulton. We all had a blast trying different versions of this SUPER-YUMMY Japanese cabbage pancake (the bacon was our personal favorite!!)
And, thanks to all of you who threw money into the donation basket for the Japanese Relief Efforts. We raised $200, which is nothing to shake a stick at for a small little event like this.

Congratulations go out to Angela Cronk for winning the Inaugural Menotomy Wine Club Appetizer contest!!!
Angela's mushroom dish marinated in red wine and beef stock reduction wowed the crowd and paired perfectly with the Hayman&Hill Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine Club Coordinator Dan Coulton presented Angela with a large format Hayman&Hill '04 Cabernet worth a retail value of $70 (which is exactly how much 2 months of wine club costs)!!
